မျှော်မှန်းချက်
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်း နေထိုင်သူများအားလုံးသည် လိင်မှုဆိုင်ရာနှင့် မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အခွင့်အရေးများကို အပြည့်ဝဆုံး ခံစားခွင့်ရရှိစေရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ရည်မှန်းချက်
မိခင်သေဆုံးနှုန်းကျဆင်းရေး၊ မိခင်များကျန်းမာရေးမြှင့်တင်ပေးရေး၊ သားဆက်ခြားကျန်းမာရေး စောင့်ရှောက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများကို လိုအပ်သူတိုင်း လက်လှမ်းမီရရှိစေရေး၊ ပျိုရွယ်သူမျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေး စောင့်ရှောက်မှုများနှင့် အခြားမျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများကို လူတိုင်းလက်လှမ်းမီစေရေး
၁။ မူဝါဒနှင့် လမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ်များ ရေးဆွဲပြုစုခြင်း
“အမျိုးသားအဆင့် လိင်မှုဆိုင်ရာနှင့် မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာမူဝါဒ” အားရေးဆွဲပြုစုခဲ့ခြင်း
ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်စောင့်ရှောက်မှု လမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ်(National guidelines for Antenatal Care for Service Providers) အား (၂၀၁၈) ခုနှစ်တွင် ပြုစုထုတ်ဝေခြင်း
သားဆက်ခြားစောင့်ရှောက်မှုလမ်းညွှန်( Family Planning Guideline)စာအုပ်အား (၂၀၁၈) ခုနှစ်တွင် ပြုစုထုတ်ဝေခဲ့ခြင်း
ကျား၊မ အခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှုခံစားရသူများအတွက် ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုလုပ်ငန်း လမ်းညွှန် စာအုပ်ကို (၂၀၁၈) ခုနှစ်တွင် ထုတ်ဝေခြင်း
သားအိမ်ခေါင်းကင်ဆာအကြိုအဆင့်ကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ကုသခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ်ကို (၂၀၁၈)ခုနှစ် တွင် ပြုစုထုတ်ဝေခဲ့ခြင်း
ဆယ်ကျော်သက် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေး သင်တန်းရည်ညွှန်းစာအုပ် (၂၀၁၈)ခုနှစ် တွင် ပြုစုထုတ်ဝေခဲ့ခြင်း
၂။ အသိပေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲများကျင်းပခြင်းနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း
သားဖွားဆရာမများအတွက် အခြေခံ အရေးပေါ်သားဖွားစောင့်ရှောက်မှုသင်တန်းများ ပို့ချခြင်း
သားဖွားဆရာမများ အတွက် Safe delivery Mobile Application ကို ပြုစုခဲ့ပြီး Mobile Tablet များတွင် ထည့်သွင်းပေးခြင်း
မိခင်သေဆုံးမှုဆိုင်ရာ စောင့်ကြပ်ကြည့်ရှုခြင်းနှင့်တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းစနစ်ကို အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိခြင်း၊
သားပျက်သားလျောလူနာများအား ပြုစုကုသခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းများပို့ချခြင်းကို ပြည်နယ်နှင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး ( ၉ )ခုတွင် လွှမ်းခြုံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း
ကျား၊မအခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှုခံစားနေရသူများအတွက် ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသိပေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲများနှင့် သင်တန်းများပို့ချခြင်းကို တိုင်းဒေသကြီးပြည်နယ် (၄)ခုတွင် ဆောင်ရွက် ခဲ့ခြင်း၊
ကျား၊မအခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှုခံစားနေရသူများအား တစ်နေရာတည်းတွင် အရည်အသွေးပြည့်ဝ သောစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် နှီးနွယ်ဌာနများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ One Stop Crisis Center (OSCC) ကို နေပြည်တော်ကုတင် (၁၀၀၀)ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံကြီးနှင့် ပင်းတယမြို့နယ်ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံ ကြီးတို့တွင် (၂၀၁၈)ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလမှ စတင်၍ ဖွင့်လှစ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိခြင်း
၃။ မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာဆေးနှင့်ဆေးပစ္စည်းများထောက်ပံ့ဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးခြင်း
မျိုးဆက်ပွားကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဆေးနှင့်ဆေးပစ္စည်းများ ထောက်ပံ့ဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးရေးစနစ်ကို တိုင်းဒေသ ကြီး/ပြည်နယ် (၁၂)ခုရှိ (၁၇၈) မြို့နယ်တွင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိခြင်း
နိုင်ငံတော်ဘတ်ဂျက်ဖြင့် ကျေးလက်ကျန်းမာရေးဌာနများအထိ သားဆက်ခြားဆေးဝါးများ ထောက်ပံ့ ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း
ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် လုပ်ငန်းလျာထားချက်များ
အမျိုးသမီးသားကြောဖြတ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို ဖြေလျော့ခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော အသိပေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် စီစဉ်လျက်ရှိခြင်း
သုံးစွဲသူများ၏ လိုလားတောင်းဆိုမှု မြင့်မားလာစေခြင်းဖြင့် ဆေးရုံဆေးခန်းတွင် မွေးဖွားမှုကို ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ရန်စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိခြင်း
ပြီးပြည့်စုံသော အရေးပေါ်သားဖွားစောင့်ရှောက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းကို တိုက်နယ်ဆေးရုံအဆင့်အထိ ရောက်ရှိနိုင်အောင်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိခြင်း
မိခင်များနှင့် ကလေးများအတွက် အရေးပေါ်ညွှန်းပို့မှုစနစ် ပေါ်ထွက်လာစေရန် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိခြင်း

Mission: To reduce maternal mortality, to improve maternal health, to access by everyone who needs family planning services, to access adolescent reproductive health and other reproductive health services
1. Policy and Guideline Development
Development of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Policy
Development and distribution of National guidelines for Antenatal Care for Service Providers in 2018
Development and distribution of Family Planning Guideline in 2018
Development and distribution of Guideline for health care responses to Gender Based Violence Survivors in 2018
Development and distribution of Secondary Prevention of Cervical Cancer guideline in 2018
Development and distribution of Training Reference on Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2108
2. Advocacies, Trainings and Capacity Building Activities
Basic Emergency Obstetric Care trainings for midwives
Development of Safe Delivery Mobile Application for midwives and installing into the mobile tablets
Implementation of Maternal Death and Surveillance Response System
Post Abortion Care training in (9) states and regions
Advocacy meeting and training on health care responses to Gender Based Violence Survivors in (4) states and regions
Establishment of One Stop Crisis Center (OSCC) at Nay Pyi Taw 1000 bedded hospital and Pindaya township hospital in Nov 2018, as pilot areas, to provide health care management to GBV survivors and to collaborate with other related sectors
3. Distribution of Reproductive Health Commodities
Implementation of Reproductive Health Commodity Logistics System (RHCLS) in (178) townships within (12) States and Regions
Supply of contraceptive commodities to health centers using government budget
Future Plan
Advocacy and development of relaxation criteria for female sterilization
Promoting Institutional Delivery by demand creation using communication strategies
Capacity building for Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric Care up to station hospitals
Establishment of effective emergency referral system for mothers and children
